Revisions Policy
We offer free revisions based on your publishing package. Authors can request unlimited revisions as long as the main concept and manuscript stay the same. Revisions may include text edits, layout adjustments, or cover design updates. Turnaround time is usually 48–72 hours, depending on the scope of changes.
Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy
Payments made toward publishing projects are non-refundable once the manuscript is reviewed and
accepted for production, unless Red Deer Publishers cancels the agreement for reasons unrelated to
the author.
Refunds are available under these conditions:
- Full refund (less a 10% service fee) if requested before manuscript review or concept development.
- 50% refund if requested within 24 hours of project initiation.
Once production or approvals begin (editing, design, or marketing), refunds are no longer eligible. Refunds for bundled packages follow the same rules as single-service orders. All requests are reviewed by our support team and approved based on project progress and terms.
The money-back guarantee applies only to genuine orders. Submitting the same project to multiple companies voids refund eligibility.

Once approved, all rights to the edited, designed, or published materials transfer to Red Deer Publishers. You may not use, publish, or distribute these materials. We may notify copyright authorities to prevent re-use of cancelled project content.
Author Account
Your Author Account lets you track progress, upload materials, and communicate with our team. Please check it regularly. Failure to respond to requests may cause delays or affect eligibility for revisions or refunds.
Quality Assurance
We maintain high-quality standards for every project. Our editors and designers follow your approved instructions carefully. Each book is reviewed for clarity, accuracy, and presentation before final delivery.
ISBN, Distribution, and Royalties
If your package includes ISBN registration or global distribution, Red Deer Publishers will manage the setup. ISBNs are registered under your name unless stated otherwise. Royalties and distribution details are outlined in your publishing agreement.
Service Delivery
All completed materials—edited manuscripts, formatted files, and covers—will be uploaded to your Author Account. You’ll also receive email updates once files are ready. Delivery timelines help determine eligibility for revisions or refunds.
Record Keeping
We keep a record of finalized publishing materials for future reference. If you need another copy of your final files, we can reissue them upon request.

You may be asked to provide verification or copyright documents during your publishing process. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that all provided information is accurate. Red Deer Publishers follows PCI DSS standards for secure transactions and may suspend accounts with false information.

All writing, design, and creative materials by Red Deer Publishers are original and made specifically for each client’s project. We guarantee full customization and authenticity.
Restrictions
Red Deer Publishers may help connect your project with third-party tools, printing, or marketing platforms. Any additional integrations or services outside the original agreement may require a separate quote and written approval.
